Stop Collar

A single piece collar with the set screws on the outer circle of the periphery, which is meant for installing and is directly installed on the pipe by slipping on the casing. Fabricated using ductile iron, which gives it good impact and fatigue capabilities. Used in places where high axial loads are expected.

Stop Collar

Consisting of two parts and hinged at two ends. The Hinged Stop Collar has an internal groove and tightens the collar to the casing firmly. It can be latched on the casing pipe without having to be slipped on, is easy to install and most effective where annular low clearance is encountered.

Slip On Set Screw Stop Collar

Slip On Set Screw

Stop Collar

A single piece collar that uses one row of set screws to induce the gripping force. Used where high axial loads are expected and effective where low annular clearance is encountered. Easily slides onto casing, making installing the stop collar incredibly easy.

Stop Collar

Made up of two pieces and hinged at both ends. The gripping force is applied by one row of set screws, tightening the collar to the casing firmly. The stop collars can be fastened on to the casing joint and are most effective in conditions where there is low annular clearance.

Cable Wall Cleaner

The reciprocating cable wall is a Slip On cleaner with an internal locking device. The overlapping high-alloy cable is interlaced with around the band. The cable wall cleaner is locked into the casing and does not require the use of stop collars. The continuous interlocking and overlapping loop made of tempered steel wire cable is laced into the hinged collars.
