These Semi Rigid Centralizers ensure a high efficiency in casing. Welded Centralizers have more restoring force compared to Non Welded Centralizers. These Semi Rigid Centralizers are equipped with a double crested Bow Spring that is strongly welded to the End Collar under required temperature and conditions with extra low Hydrogen coated Electrodes, which assure ultimate strength and uniformity in every weld. The integral hinge that is folded on the inside stay intact even under extreme stress.

The Low Torque Roller Centralizers are designed to run in inclined or horizontal sections. The rollers’ envelope outside diameter is kept slightly larger than the centralizer fins’ envelope outer diameter, while the rollers’ envelope inside diameter is kept slightly larger than the fins’ envelope inner diameter. When casing equipped with a Roller Centralizer runs into the deviated or horizontal hole, the sliding friction between the casing and the borehole is converted into rolling friction.

Developed in response to the need for better cementing in high deviated and horizontal wells. They provide optimum flow and the fins overlap the entire 360-degree open hole circumference. Its reduced flow area between the spiral provides and creates vortex motion to increase fluid velocity with direction. Even without rotation, the relived angle fins induce turbulent flow for improved cutting and filter cake removal.

The Slip On Welded Positive Spirolizer is specially designed for highly deviated or horizontal wells and ideal for use with Liner hangers. The steel construction ensures extra strength and superior toughness. The boat shaped spiral fins drag forces while running pipe and glide smoothly in the low side of horizontal bore holes. The Wide symmetrical fins are beveled on both ends to have a lower coefficient of friction and ease casing movement in either direction.

The Stand Off Band is designed to provide a positive stand off the casing for both cased and open holes. The angled fins provide an increased turbulent flow. The Stand Off Band is required where close tolerance between the casing and the hole is being encountered. The design of the Stand Off Band allows for reciprocation and rotation during cementing and it can be installed between Set Screw Stop Collar.
